Mullewa Community Resource Centre is seeking a compassionate and organised Staying in Place Coordinator to support older people to remain healthy, independent and living safely in their own homes.
This rewarding role involves coordinating home and community care services, supporting clients through onboarding and reviews, liaising with service providers, and maintaining accurate records — all with a strong focus on client wellbeing and community connection.
